Youth Development Facilitators
$12 to $16 an hour — Monday–Friday shifts, no weekends.

Youth Development Counselors
Ready to have fun and make a difference? BGCN is looking for energetic, motivated, reliable, and creative youth development workers!
Positions are available in the gym, gamesroom, tech center, art room, learning center, kitchen, music room, and Corral Club. Responsibilities include supervising youth in an after-school and/or summer camp setting, creating and facilitating programs and activities, and maintaining a safe, respectful environment in which all youth will have fun, learn, and grow.
Hours fall between 1:30–7:00 p.m. on school days and 7:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m. on school breaks.
Internships
The Boys & Girls Club of Noblesville welcomes internship placements that align with our youth development mission. We have a broad range of opportunities for interns to take advantage of and are open to tailoring our internships per the candidate.
