Ready to have FUN and MAKE A DIFFERENCE?  BGCN is looking for energetic, motivated, reliable, and creative youth development workers!

Positions are available in the gym, gamesroom, tech center, art room, learning center, kitchen, music room, and corral club. Responsibilities include supervise youth in an after school and/or summer camp setting, create and facilitate programs and activities, create a safe, respectful environment in which all youth will have fun, learn and grow. Monitor and ensure member safety, equipment, maintenance and cleanliness of program areas. Complete program reports timely and accurately. These are part-time positions. Hours of employment will fall between 1:30-7:00 Monday-Friday on school days. Hours will fall between 7:30am and 6:00pm on school breaks.

Meet the Staff of the Boys & Girls Club of Noblesville 

Becky Terry - Executive Director

Becky Terry began her work upon graduating from MacMurray College with a BS in Sports Management and minors in Business Administration and Psychology in December 1999. Becky began her career as the Social Recreation Director for the Lilly Unit of the Boys & Girls Club of Indianapolis. During her ten-year tenure with the Indianapolis Club, she held the positions of Program Director, Unit Director and Director of Federal Programs. Becky joined the Boys & Girls Club of Noblesville as the Executive Director in May 2010 and remains passionate about the mission of the Club and continues to believe in the important role it plays in the lives of so many children, families, and the community at large. When away from work she enjoys spending time with her husband Jeff, son Austin, and daughter, Marissa.

Abigail Stutesman - Director of Club Operations

Abby Stutesman has been a part of the Boys & Girls Club for nearly all her life. After being a member as a child and part-time staff as a teen, she then studied Sociology at Marian College in Indianapolis and returned to the Boys & Girls Club of Noblesville to make it her career as an adult. Abby has been employed with the Boys & Girls Club of Noblesville since 2000 and has held a number of positions. She has worked as the Front Counter Attendant, Education Coordinator, Program Director, Unit Director and, her current position Director of Club Operations. Abby enjoys being a part of the Noblesville community in more ways than her work at The Club. Abby enjoys raising her three daughters, Olivia, Maya and Ella in the Noblesville area and loves that they, too, are a part of The Club as youth members.

 

Nathan Helm - Development Director

Nathan Helm began his work with the Boys & Girls Club of Noblesville as Director of Development in July of 2016.  Upon graduation from Ball State University in 2011, with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Nathan accepted a sales position in Atlanta, Georgia.  Returning home to Indiana in 2013, Nathan accepted his first position in the non-profit world working as the Development Director for a local community center near his hometown in Jay County serving youth, adults, and seniors.  Now living in Noblesville, Nathan has a renewed passion to find and deliver funding opportunities for programming for local youth.  Outside of work, Nathan enjoys spending time with his wife and son and going to Pacers & Reds games, visiting new restaurants, and playing basketball. 

 

Wendy Casteel - Unit Director

Wendy Casteel has been educating and working with youth since graduating from Western Michigan University with a degree in Elementary Education in 2002.  She recently moved back to the Midwest after living in California for the last 13 years.  She started her career as an elementary classroom teacher, and then a reading intervention teacher.  Most recently, Wendy worked at a Boys & Girls Club in San Clemente, CA for 6 years where she held the positions of Education and Career Director, and Program Director.  She is excited to join the staff and work with the youth of Hamilton County.  Wendy loves exploring the Noblesville area and spending time with her husband, Tim and daughter Ellie.

 

Natalie Bradshaw - Office Manager

Natalie Bradshaw, with over eighteen years of experience in the financial and managerial field, started at the Boys & Girls Club of Noblesville in 2013 following her previous employment with Mutual Wealth Management after eleven years of service. As the Office Manager, Natalie is responsible for the organization's finances and daily needs of the Boys & Girls Club Office. Natalie is married to her high school sweetheart and a mother of three. When away from work, she loves spending time with her family and watching her husband race sprint cars.

 

Tony Eslamirad - Community Center Director

Tony Eslamirad, a Noblesville native, attended IUPUI with a major in Sports Management and a minor in Business. Tony has a love of all sports, especially basketball, so it was only fitting he chose this career path. After an internship with Carmel High School's athletic department, Tony realized his passion for working with youth. Following his graduation from IUPUI, he found his perfect fit at the Boys & Girls Club of Noblesville as the Sports Director. He operates the Community Center and oversees the athletics programs.

Maggie Hood - Teen Director

Maggie Hood first began working with Boys & Girls Clubs as the Art Instructor in the summer of 2017 at the BGC Franklin. That summer. Maggie quickly fell in love with the mission and impact of the Clubs and knew that she wanted to be part of BGC Organizations for her career. In the Spring of 2018, Maggie started working full time at the Ellettsville Unit with the Bloomington Clubs. Throughout her time there she held many titles such as Indiana Kids Director, Camp Director, Program Director, Teen Director and Site Director during the 2020-21 school year. In the Spring of 2022, Maggie transitioned to the Noblesville Club to be their Teen Director and is committed to growing the Teen Center. Maggie is grateful for the opportunities the Club has given her and is excited to continue providing those opportunities to the youth of Noblesville. Outside of work, Maggie and her husband, Sam, enjoy playing with Lego, hosting game nights, singing karaoke, and hanging out with their two Cats, Bergy & Netta. 

Sophie Collier - Youth Recreation Director

Sophie began her career at the Boone County Boys & Girls Clubs in April of 2020 where she started out as a Youth Development Professional and was eventually elevated to Summer Camp Director. She joined BGCN in August of 2023 as the Youth Recreation Director where she will drive program quality and serve as the Director at Camp Crosser. She is currently attending IUPUI to obtain a degree in event management and hospitality with a minor in family psychology. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, reading, and traveling!

 

Emily Crump - Donor Relations Associate

Emily Crump is an IUPUI O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs graduate. Studying nonprofit management and fundraising in college helped Emily discover her passion for transformational fundraising partnerships between community members and nonprofit organizations. Having significantly benefited from life skills-focused youth organizations as a child, Emily is honored to support BGCN fundraising initiatives that ensure the sustainability and growth of impactful Club programming. In her free time, Emily enjoys dancing, riding horses, and going on adventures with friends.

Lynn Taylor - Facilities Director

Lynn Taylor, with over four decades of experience in the manufacturing and managerial fields, started at BGCN in 2020. Lynn’s association with the Club dates back to his youth growing up in Noblesville attending the Club above Kirk's Hardware and continued with his children’s involvement as members and staff. As the Facilities Manager, Lynn is responsible for ensuring the maintenance and longevity of our valuable assets and facilities. Leveraging his professional experience and network of contacts from his building maintenance/project management company and experience as a building inspector, Lynn brings contractors into our spaces who deliver on-time and on-budget services to keep our doors open to our members and the community. Lynn is married to his high school sweetheart, Anita Rush-Taylor, and they have 3 grown children and 2 grandsons. He is a graduate of Purdue University with degrees in Aviation Technology and Industrial Management. He enjoys spending his free time with his family and working on his collection of antique equipment along with his lifelong interest in aviation and experience as an Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic and pilot.

Kurt Livengood - Custodian/Bus Driver

Kurt Livengood has been a part of the Boys & Girls Club of Noblesville for over 3 decades. He works hard to take care of the Club and maintain the space to the best of his ability. When away from the Club, Kurt enjoys activities, specifically ping-pong and state parks, and loves to spend time with his wife, Debbie, and his four sons.
